We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from primelably.com. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work. primelably.com is operated by LACONIC BEAUTY SUPPLY INC.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

Items That Can Be Returned

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used essential oils, blends, or carrier oils
  • Products with broken or missing safety seals
  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable
  • Gift cards and promotional freebies
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

We will review your request and reply within 2–3 business days. Please do not ship returns without authorization.

Return Shipping
  • Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • The return address will be provided once your request is approved.
Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approval notification: Within 2–3 business days of receipt
  • Refund processing: Within 7–10 business days after approval
  • PayPal refunds: Typically appear within 3–5 business days after processing
  • Check refunds: Issued by check, mailed within 7–10 business days after approval, plus 5–10 business days for postal delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To switch to a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled before they ship.
  • Once shipped, orders must be handled as returns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after the stated timeframe:
