We currently accept two payment methods:

  2. Check (by mail)

PayPal

PayPal is our preferred and fastest payment option. It allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, bank account, debit card, or credit card.

  2. You will be redirected to PayPal to authorize the payment.
  3. Once approved, your order enters our processing queue.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after payment.

Please note:

  • PayPal payments are typically confirmed within minutes.
  • If a PayPal payment is pending, reversed, or flagged for review, your order may be delayed or canceled.
  • We may request additional verification for unusually large or high-risk orders.

Check Payment (Mail-In)

If you prefer to pay by check, please follow these steps carefully. Orders paid by check are processed only after the check has been received and cleared by our bank.

Step 1 — Write the Check

  • Amount: The exact order total in U.S. Dollars
  • Memo line: Write your order number
  • Accepted check types: personal, business, and cashier’s checks drawn on a U.S. bank
  • Do not send cash, post-dated checks, or third-party checks

Step 3 — Verification and Deposit
  • Once your check arrives, we log it against your order.
  • Checks are typically deposited within 2–3 business days of receipt.
  • Your bank may take 5–10 business days to clear the funds.
  • Your order is marked as paid only after the check has fully cleared.
Step 4 — Order Processing
  • Processing begins after the check clears.
  • Total estimated timeline from mailing to processing: 10–20 business days, depending on postal and banking delays.
Refunds for Check Payments

If a refund is owed on an order paid by check:

  • Refunds are issued by check to the name and address on the original order.
  • Refund checks are typically mailed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery by mail.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Returned or Bounced Checks
  • If your check is returned unpaid, your order will be canceled or held.
  • You are responsible for any bank fees we incur as a result.
  • We may require PayPal payment for future orders.
  • Repeated returned checks may result in check payment privileges being revoked.
Check Payment Limits
  • We do not accept post-dated checks.
  • We do not accept checks drawn on non-U.S. banks.
  • We reserve the right to decline check payments at any time.
Payment Security

PayPal transactions are handled entirely through PayPal’s secure systems. We do not store full payment card numbers on our website. Please never send sensitive payment details by email.

Currency and Taxes

All prices on primelably.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, customs duties, or import fees associated with your order.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed:

  • Your order may be placed on hold or canceled.

  • If we cannot reach you within 7 business days, the order may be canceled.
